IMPORTANT NOTICE: CLOSURE OF THE FUND TO NEW INVESTORS: Effective September 20, 2026 After nearly ten years of operations, we have made the decision to close this fund to new clients and to discontinue the renewal of existing investment contracts, effective September 20, 2026. This decision has not been made lightly. The financial markets and investment environment in which we operate today are materially different from those of previous years. Having carefully considered the opportunities and challenges ahead, we no longer believe that this particular fund can responsibly maintain the level of performance that our clients have come to expect from us over the years. We believe that continuing under circumstances where we cannot reasonably expect to deliver the same standard of results would not be fair to our clients. Rather than compromise our principles or ask our clients to remain invested based solely on the successes of our past, we have chosen to conclude this chapter on our own terms. What this means for our clients As of September 20, 2026, we will no longer accept new clients or enter into new investment contracts. Existing contracts will continue to be administered and operated in accordance with their respective terms until they reach their contractual maturity. We ask each client to withdraw their funds when their applicable lock-up or contractual period expires. We will continue to fulfill our obligations and maintain the necessary operations throughout this process. Once the final outstanding client contract has been fulfilled and the final client has withdrawn their funds, the fund will be formally closed. There will be no new investment period following the completion of this process. Your trust and loyalty have meant more to us than we can adequately express. Since opening our doors in 2017, it has been an extraordinary privilege to work alongside our clients and their families, to help shape their financial futures, and to participate in the creation and development of remarkable projects across the globe. Nearly ten years is a long journey in financial markets. We are proud of what we built, proud of the relationships we formed, and deeply grateful to everyone who was part of that journey. We are equally grateful to our team, our partners, our advisors, and every person who contributed their time, expertise, dedication, and trust to this organization from the very beginning. Closing one chapter Every investment business has a beginning, a journey, and eventually, a conclusion. For us, this is not a story about being forced to stop. It is about recognizing when the circumstances have changed and having the discipline to make a difficult decision while we still have the ability to do so responsibly. We would rather close this chapter with our principles intact, our commitments honored, and our clients given the opportunity to conclude their investment relationships according to their contractual terms. We leave this chapter grateful for what we accomplished together and for the opportunities that our clients gave us to be part of their lives. We will meet again.
